However, make sure to select the products as per your skin type for maximum effectiveness. Below mentioned are the steps that one has to follow under the CTM routine.

Use a mild cleanser and massage it gently on the skin for around 30 seconds. If you have dry skin, then opt for a cream-based cleanser. Contrary to this, use a gel or water-based facial wash for oily skin tones.

●      Step 2

Rosewater works perfectly as a toner as it suits all skin types. After cleansing your face thoroughly, take few drops of rose water on a cotton pad and apply it over your face. Additionally, you can also use a vitamin C serum after a toner to achieve a flawless and even skin tone.

●      Step 3

The last step is to moisturise your complexion. It is recommended to use cream-based and gel-based moisturisers for dry and oily skin tones, respectively. A moisturiser offers optimum nourishment for the skin and allows better absorption of other skin care products. For the rest of your skin on the body, you can use a body lotion for round-the-clock hydration.

Apply Sunscreen Every Day

No matter whether you are staying indoors or outdoors, applying sunscreen is a must. Go for one that contains an SPF of 50+ to combat sun damage. Moreover, it protects the complexion against pigmentation, premature ageing, and dark spots.

Sheet and Clay Masks

Korean sheet masks are rich in the goodness of natural beauty ingredients. They have a serum-like consistency to intensely moisturise the skin for an enviable glow. Besides, clay masks are also equally important as they detoxify and brighten the skin tone. One can use these skin care products once or twice a week to get beautiful skin.

Exfoliate Twice A Week

Use either physical or chemical exfoliants to eliminate the dead skin cells, blackheads, whiteheads, and other skin impurities. The former has a scrub-like texture, whereas the latter has a liquid consistency. You can use them twice a week to make the complexion clear and radiant. Further, use a body scrub to exfoliate the rest of the body’s skin once a week.

Hydrate and Nurture the Skin

The last and essential step is to nurture and hydrate your skin. For this, nothing can do the job better than body butter. Apply one daily on your skin to keep it soft, smooth, and supple.
